Winx Formalix Thoko, Lume, Trinitia

THOKO glorious Thoko ^^ Who should get a redesign since it's 2016 now and her winx has changed but ehhh later.
I was thinking from the start that the underskirt must be yellow, from the sleeves. She has a sort of 'bubble' skirt, as in it comes down and then up and under itself so it gives this full effect to match her sleeves in winx, although the skirt is as loose at the bottom as any other formalix ballgown. Also, I know, the yellow cloth is usually a bit see-through....But it's opaque here cause I didn't see a see-through ballgown going across well. _{Although it would let me show you what they wear under those gowns because there are rules about that in formalix too XD} The diamond shapes were another key feature and they became these shapes (or cut-outs I'm not decided) at the bottom of the trailing bits....need more proper words for things here XD The trailing bits lead to the idea of a feathery decorative fringe and they went on the sleeves and bustle. So that's plum with mulberry, tastyyyyy....

Thoko was a freaking diva to me, so she got such a pose XD She could give Beth a run for her money....Maybe XD


Lume lume lume lume (ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ahhhh) XD
Since Molinia added a bow to Lume's winx design, and Lume is very desu, I decided this was the girl on whom I could go bow-crazy :3 Five of those bad-boys, and one is a huge trailing BUTT-BOW :3 Sailor moon, I love you for bringing those to my attention The hair bun is supposedly a bow-shape too, but it looks quite heart like :/ Half of her hair has been curled, but it uncurls gradually to straight again on the right.
The red/hot-pink from her shoes and lips became little gloves and the hair tie. The blue bands became the top-most layer of nonsense, and the main panels of the skirt are from the silver grey dress of her winx. Underneath those are thousands on thousands of layers of white/tan frou-frou petticoats, supposedly like water when it's so churned up it looks frothy and opaque. The blue bits are tied up in bows at the sides, but most importantly across the gap of the grey cloth in front. This is supposed to make the gap into a fish-shape (in the petticoats) to represent the fish-shape 'collar' she has in her winx :3 This time the fish is pointing up rather than down. _{You can understand that skirt fully in the workshop, link below.}


's Trinitia. _{From hers onwards on, with each formalix I uploaded I tried to write about how I designed from the fairy's winx outfit, just cause I could...Cuz no one stopped me.} With Trin, I used the pattern at the edge of her skirt to become the outer sleeves and the ruffle/petal layers at the left side. Her glove made a kind of Z shape which I added to the otherwise plain pink bodice, and as the sole of her right shoe was a paler blue than the rest of it, it became the edging on the half of her skirt on that side. This is quite a common feature on Formalixes, you can see it on Maya's and Charlotte's among many others.
Trinitia's is incredibly fancy as her winx is quite detailed whereas, for example, Stella's formalix is quite simple. Even though Stella is princess of Solaria and Trinitia only a noble, formalix is simply based on winx. The more complicated the winx outift, the fancier the formalix, and the simpler....the simpler. Simples ;3
