Design Brief: Take a winx outfit and design a ballgown from it Formalix rules:  Wings become a translucent train. Either waist or hip length. If the wings had a pattern, it usually retains some of it. Although they do not look or act like wings in Formalix form, fairies can still use their flight abilities. Skirt must be massive. Ridiculously full. If it doesn’t require hoops, it isn’t right. It usually starts flaring out at the hips. Think of the disney princess bell-shape skirts. Then go wiiiiider from the top.
